In JAPAN children are taught moral values, cooperation and social responsibility within the first three years before entering elementary school and starting regular education.

The boys through the years :-

1. They don’t measure their results by their grades by their grade while they learn regular education sitting in a classroom, their knowledge is measured based on experience.

2. They clean their classrooms, serve lunch to other people, give them a special idea to reflect on that idea.

3. They will teach them how to solve conflicts, show respect and how to contribute to a team.

After building strong morals, good ethics and cooperative thinking, students will start learning to solve more difficult academic issues in their 9 or 10 years.

The Japanese believe that shaping a future citizen should not only be based on exam results, but also include building strong moral, good ethics and cooperative thinking.
