An amazing story about ourselves
A young woman is sitting at the airport waiting for a flight. When she finds out that the plane is delayed,
She bought cookies and books from the shops at the airport.
She entered the VIP room and headed to a comfortable armchair for reading.
She sat down and began to read.
A man is reading a book next to her. Between two armchairs, cookies.
It is written in her book.
She became a victim. So when she picked up one of her cookies, the man picked up one too.
She was surprised.
He surprised her by taking it without her permission. But she kept quiet. She took one and he took another, and now she was angry. His boldness made her angry. It didn’t end there, he continued until the end. She was angry! But she left him alone. She didn’t want to attract the attention of the people around.
Not only that, but she didn’t want to cause a disturbance because of the cookies.
As she said this, she had one last cookie left. “What is this damn thing going to do?”
She thought and slowly began to look. Then the man cracked her cookie in two places and
He took half. She was surprised by his boldness. She concluded that he was excessively disorganized.
When the time came and she boarded the plane, she couldn’t believe her eyes when she opened her bag to take out her glasses. The unopened package of cookies was in her bag.
She was very embarrassed and ashamed.
She had forgotten her own cookies in her bag and was eating the man’s. The man who had most regretted it all was the man who had left her.
In the end, he happily shared until there was only one cookie left, without any anger or bitterness.
She was so embarrassed that she had been so angry with the man while eating his own cookies. It was too late to apologize now. He was already on his way home on another plane.
She doesn’t even have one more chance to meet him. She wants so much to thank him, apologize, explain the situation…
But everyone’s day is over with her.
She thought of four irreparable things:
- After the stone is thrown
- After we have spoken the words
- After we miss the actions
- After some time has passed
Before we say or do anything that is not worth it, let’s first look at ourselves. Let’s thank our friends, spouses, and heroes who deserve our gratitude, appreciation, and respect today, before it’s too late.
After time passes, the opportunity is no longer available and is worthless.
