Visit three places to be grateful for YOUR LIFE.

We are very quick to count the things we lose in life.
We think of what we don’t have.
We’ll see the other one.
We wish for what we have not achieved.
We consider what is incomplete.

One wants money.
He wants another house.
One wants a car.
The other one wants love.
Another person wants to live the life of another.

But in all this searching, we forget to look at the life that is in our hands.

So if you want to truly appreciate your life one day, visit three places.

Visit the hospital
When you enter the hospital, you understand the value of a healthy person.
Today you are waking up in freedom.
You are walking.
You are talking.
You are watching.
You are being fed.
You are drinking.
You are working.
You are laughing.
You are breathing.
We think these are all simple things. But for someone in a hospital bed, taking a single step can be a dream.

Saying a word can be a wish.
Looking someone you love in the eye can be a great gift.
A person who cannot stand on his own two feet may wish to walk like us.
But we are disappointed because our shoes are not a different color.

So visit the hospital once.
When you leave there, we’ll probably only have one word to say: “Thank you!”

Visit the prison.
Prison teaches us how great a treasure human freedom is.
You can go wherever you want today.
You can open the door whenever you want.
You can ask the person you love.
You can go to the market.
You can go to work.
You can leave and return to your home at your own will.
This is freedom. But when we live free, we don’t understand its value.
But someone in prison sees our freedom to come and go as a great asset.
What we say, “I’m tired of sitting at home today,” may be a freedom that is not available to someone else.

So don’t underestimate the ability to do everything you can.
Freedom itself is wealth.

Visit the cemetery.
This third place is the quietest of all.
There, yesterday’s dreams lie dormant.
There are yesterday’s rich people.
There are yesterday’s poor.
There are yesterday’s beauties.
There are yesterday’s celebrities.
There were those who had great power yesterday, but today everyone is silent.
The person who had “my house” yesterday is now in a few square meters of land.
The person who had “my money” yesterday doesn’t have a penny today.
The person who said “I don’t have time” yesterday doesn’t need time today.

This doesn’t mean that money is useless. It doesn’t mean that a house, a car, a job, wealth, and success are not necessary. But these things are not life in themselves.

For us, it is living while breathing life.
It’s about having people we love by our side who love us.
It is healthy.
It is freedom.
are you ok.
It is being able to add one day to another.

So if you don’t have money today, don’t think you don’t have a life.
If you don’t have a home, don’t feel like the world is closed to you.
If you don’t have a car, don’t think life is far away from you.

If you are healthy today, if you are breathing, if you are walking, if you are seeing, if you are hearing, if you are talking, if you have the people you love around you; you are a person of great wealth today.
And say “thank you.”

But we use this resource every day, so we forget its value.
We understand the value of the air we breathe when we breathe it.
We realize the value of our legs when we can’t walk.
We realize the value of our eyes only when the light is gone.
We understand the value of our freedom only when the door is closed to us.
We often realize the value of our lives when they are over.

And let’s know the value of things before we lose them.
What we don’t have today, we may have tomorrow; we may not have it.

So don’t underestimate today. As I often say…
If your mother is by your side today, thank her.
If there is a father, honor him.
If you have a brother or sister, know their value.
If there is a friend, don’t despise him.
If the person you love is by your side, don’t put off today’s love for tomorrow.

Because life has no contract signed “tomorrow”.
We are holding on to today.
We live in today.
We should be thankful for today.

So before we count the lives we lack, let’s count what we have.
Before we wish for what we don’t have, let’s look at what we have.
Before we look at the lives of others, let’s look again at our own lives.
Perhaps the life we consider a problem is the life someone else is looking forward to.

So let’s pause for a moment today and return to ourselves.
Before we say, “I have nothing?”
Let’s ask, “What do I have?”
Then, raising our hands of hearts, let us quietly say one word…
“I have a lot. Thank you!”
This is my view. ✍️ Share and repost with your friends. 🙏
